Identify your drive model, control option, and manufacture date then select the appropriate manual from below. Your control option is a suffix on the drive model number. For example: model 11-159 indicates Control Option 9. The model number including control option and manufacture date are on the drive nameplate. Manufacture date will be listed as a 4-digit number (example: 0499 means manufactured in April 1999)

For use with models 11-150, 11-200, 11-300, and 11-400:

Control Option 9 models, shipped on or after 12/1/06:

DCM-2: 80-1103-00

Control Option 9 models, shipped before 12/1/06:

DCM: 80-1102-02

Control Options 3 through 8, shipped after 9/1999. (The handswitch shows "CW" and "CCW" positions):
