Activities include:
- Developing and maintaining Beck product knowledge and application expertise
- Troubleshooting field problems over the phone, or at customer sites when necessary
- Handling incoming phone, email and fax requests for product selection assistance and quotations
- Reviewing quotations and order folders to ensure accuracy and resolve problems
- Traveling to customer facilities for application assistance or to complete drive instillations
- Documenting daily activity in field to maintain a clear record of all events occurring at customer facilities
- Setting and maintaining project schedules
- Training and mentoring of application engineers
